Hey there, I’m Chad. I’ve spent my career in real estate and hospitality, and I’ve found the two are basically the same job: you’re guiding people through big decisions, and the experience matters.

When I say I bring a hospitality mindset to real estate, I mean a few simple things: I’m responsive, I’m prepared, and I treat your time and your home with real respect. You’ll never have to chase me down for an update, wonder what happens next, or feel like you’re “bothering” me with questions. I’m big on clarity, calm communication, and creating a process that feels handled—because buying or selling a home is emotional enough without the chaos.

For 12 years, I owned and operated a real estate brokerage, led 40+ agents, and supported $350M+ in average annual sales volume. These days, I’m based here in the mountains with Howard Hanna | Beverly-Hanks Real Estate, and I also run a successful vacation rental, so I’m deep in the day-to-day of pricing, marketing, presentation, and what actually makes a home feel like “the one.”
